The build phase is initiated after you have agreed to the terms and signed your tailored SOW plan. In the beginning, we will gather more in-depth information via our Content Form to help us bring your tailored #growth plan for your business to life. The Kick-Off Meeting launches the Online Growth Systems internal execution process. During this phase, you can expect that we will check in with you as we complete the SOW tasks and move towards launch day or hand-off day.
The growth phase is initiated after OGS builds a solid foundation of strategy or technology to fuel your success. Depending on your preference Online Growth Systems will assist you on a recurring basis to help your ongoing marketing strategy, social media strategy, SEO, content creation, website maintenance, app maintenance, tracking your KPI’s, and tracking other essential metrics.
