Bulk Reef Supply came to Online Growth Systems looking for a partner to help them migrate from Bronto (another CRM) to HubSpot. As the world’s largest aquarium equipment ecommerce company, they wanted seasoned professionals to make sure their customers’ data were in good hands.
With hundreds of thousands of customers, there was revenue to be found in all of Bulk Reef’s assets. After a successful migration of the data, Online Growth Systems scoped a plan to build a series of HubSpot automations, email templates, Workflows, Sequences, and customer support back-end optimizations to get the most out of their HubSpot plan.
We built automated Workflows to grow revenue and decrease costs accross the organization for their sales, marketing, customer support, wholesale, and ecommerce departments. With over 25 workflows built out in the first 2 months, we saved Bulk Reef Supply an average of 3,600 hours per year and $108,000 in labor costs. Other automations like our Win-Back email drip campaign garnered over 5 figures of untapped revenue in the first 2 months.
With a growing B2B sales team, Bulk Reef needed tools to help their sales reps close more deals, bigger deals, in a faster timeframe. We started the project off by meeting with their sales reps and facilitating a series of workflow and efficiency workshops. Throughout the workshops, we discovered pain points and revenue opportunities to build automations and backend “sales team facing” support tools. With data instantly at their fingertips, and reporting dashboards built to automatically track results and performance, their sales team has flourished into a cornerstone of Bulk Reef’s business.
